What do we use your personal data for?

The ÖRAG Group, comprising ÖRAG Österreichische Realitäten-Aktiengesellschaft, ÖRAG Immobilien Vermittlung GmbH, Friedrich & Padelek Gesellschaft m.b.H., and ÖRAG Immobilien West GmbH (hereafter referred to as "the ÖRAG Group" for short) stores and processes your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as information about the kind of property you are looking for, for the purpose of e-mailing you information about available properties which may be of interest.

What is the legal basis for our processing of your personal information?

The respective ÖRAG Group company stores and processes the personal data specified above on the basis of the consent granted by you in accordance with Article 6 (1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation – VO 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR" for short). You are entitled to revoke this consent at any time. However, revoking your consent does not affect the legality of any processing performed on the basis of this consent prior to its revocation.

You make your personal data available to the ÖRAG Group on a voluntary basis, without legal or contractual obligation. However, we need to process your data in order to keep you informed about new properties.

How long do we keep your personal data?

As a basic principle, the respective ÖRAG Group company keeps the personal data you provide for a period of twelve months. During this period your details may be passed on to other companies within the ÖRAG Group.

What are your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data?

You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data: the right to access and information (Article 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR).
